Now that I officially make invitations for a living, I have been doing a lot of research on them — like what is in right this second, what is over done, and what is going stay in style for a long time. (And wow, there are a lot of really bad ones!) There is a light at the end of the tunnel, though, because I found these simple black, white and gold invitations at Kate Spade which I absolutely adore. The iconography is great. Nice, clean typography...they are just overall great party invitations.
